Preschool (3-4 years old)

Holy Family School offers an early introduction to faith, socialization, fun and age-appropriate education through our full-day and half-day preschool programs, which is open to the families of Holy Family School and Church and the Lehigh Valley community. The programs are designed to prepare your child for kindergarten by establishing a loving and caring Catholic environment, encouraging your young one to grow in an awareness of his or her self and others through the love of God. Our preschool also seeks to assist your child in developing awareness that he or she is unique and capable of limitless knowledge while developing social skills.

Holy Family School continues to offer full-day Pre-K for 4-year-old children. This consists of a Monday through Friday program, from 8:10 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. (doors open at 7:45 a.m.) In addition to a full curriculum that includes classes in Art, Library, Physical Education, Music and Spanish the children will have rest time daily immediately following lunch. Packed lunches are brought in from home or ordered in advance and are eaten in the new cafeteria or at the outdoor pavilion, weather permitting.

Aftercare is also offered for the full-day Pre-K program, from 2:45 to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, at the low cost of $8 per hour.

In addition to the full-day Pre-K for 4-year-olds, Holy Family also offers a 3-year-old and 4-year-old half-day program (children must be 3 or 4 by September 1 of the year of attendance and must be potty trained; no pull-ups for any of our pre-K programs).


Preschool programs:
Four-year-old full-day - Monday through Friday, 8:10 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. (doors open at 7:45 a.m.)

Four-year-old half-days - 3 days (Mon., Wed., Fri.)  - AM Session only from 8:15 to
11:30 a.m.

Three-year-old half-days -2 days (Tues. and Thurs.) - AM Session only from 8:30 to 11
a.m.

Registration for the Three and Four-year-old Preschool programs 2025-2026 school
year is now open.  Please register via the Online Application under the Admissions tab.

Preschool Tuition

Full-Day Pre-K (4-Year-Olds) – 2025–2026

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:10 a.m.–2:45 p.m. (doors open at 7:45 a.m.)
  • Curriculum: Art, Library, Physical Education, Music, and Spanish
  • Daily rest/relaxation time after lunch
  • Lunch: Packed lunch from home or preordered hot lunch
  • Location: Cafeteria or outdoor pavilion, weather permitting
  • Aftercare: Available Monday–Friday, 2:45–5:00 p.m., $8/hour

Half-Day Preschool Programs
Children must be potty-trained and age 3 or 4 by September 1.

3-Year-Old Half-Day:

  • Tuesday & Thursday
  • 8:30–11:00 a.m.

4-Year-Old Half-Day:

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • 8:15–11:30 a.m.

4-Year-Old Full-Day:

  • Monday–Friday 
  • 8:10 a.m.–2:40 p.m. (doors open at 7:45 a.m.)
