About HFS

Founded in 1910, Holy Family School is a strong, faith-filled community of parents and students, all dedicated to the growth of each child through faith, discipline and responsibility. Holy Family School is distinguished from other schools by its caring, talented and experienced faculty. Each child is seen as an individual with unique talents and strengths. The school day begins and ends with prayer, and each child is guided on his or her spiritual journey. A personal relationship with the Lord is encouraged and nurtured.

It is Holy Family’s goal to encourage the intellectual development of each student by a thorough presentation of the continuum of skills in mathematics, reading, social studies, sciences and computer instruction, as well as an appreciation for music, art, drama and literature.

Holy Family School's logo, unveiled at the start of Catholic Schools Week on January 31, 2016, contains a shield surrounding a cross, symbolizing faith, protection and love. As Psalm 119:114 reminds us, "You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word."

The faculty consists of lay men and women who are dedicated to the mission of Catholic education. The student population is comprised of children from Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade.

Holy Family School is a wonderful place for your child to grow academically as well as spiritually, in a safe and immaculate environment.

The school is fully accredited by the Pennsylvania State Department of Education and by the Diocese of Allentown.  We are also proud to be accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
