Registration,Tuition, Fees and Payment Options for 2017-2018

 

New Students

Once Holy Family School receives the initial registration paperwork for a new student, it is forwarded to our business office. Thereafter, the student's parent or guardian receives an email from Business Manager Mrs. Trish Scherr, with further instructions and information, along with information on how to set up the student's FACTS account. Through that account, which is password protected, all tuition, fees (including registration fees) and other payments (for example, the student's lunch account) are paid. Please note that in addition to the registration form, HFS requires a copy of the child's birth certificate, Baptismal certificate (if applicable) and a copy of the child's most recent immunization records. If a student is transferring to HFS from another school, we also require a copy of the student's records from that school before admission is granted.
 

Existing Students

Holy Family School is proud to announce the opening of early re-registration for students entering Kindergarten through 8th Grade in the 2017-2018 academic year. Re-registering your child(ren) early guarantees a spot for them in the upcoming school year.

Current HFS students' demographic and other information is automatically rolled-over to RenWeb for the next school year. This takes place shortly after the Christmas holidays are over, and parents and guardians are advised well in advance of the deadline date for paying the re-registration fees through FACTS. Parents/Guardians are encouraged to review the RenWeb information to make sure it remains accurate. However, re-registration is not finalized until the non-refundable re-registration fee is paid.
