Registration,Tuition, Fees and Payment Options


New Students

When parents decides they would like to enroll their child or children in Holy Family School, complete the Online Application in this website and pay the $25 application fee via FACTS.  HFS requires a copy of the child's birth certificate, Baptismal certificate (if applicable), a copy of the child's records if transferring from another school and most recent immunization records.  After the principal has reviewed the child's school records, then the parents are notified if he or she is accepted into Holy Family School.  After being accepted, the parents can complete the enrollment process onlince and pay the registration fee.  The application fee is applied to the registration fee through the FACTS account. Through that account, which is password protected, all tuition, fees and other payments (for example, the student's lunch account) are paid.

Current Students

Holy Family School is proud to announce the opening of Online Enrollment for its current students in Preschool through 8th grade. Re-registering your child or children early guarantees a spot for them in the upcoming school year.

Parents are now able to re-enroll their children via ParentsWeb on RenWeb, which is utilized after the initial enrollment is completed.  

Current Holy Family School students' demographic and other information is automatically rolled-over to RenWeb for the next school year. This takes place shortly after the Christmas holidays are over, and parents and guardians are advised advance of the deadline dates for paying the re-registration fees through FACTS. Parents or guardians are encouraged to review the RenWeb information to make sure it remains accurate. Re-enrollment is not finalized until the non-refundable re-enrollment fee is paid.

The 2018-2019 School Year

The tuition for the 2018-2019 school year has not yet been announced, so the following information is provided as a guideline.  There are four payment options for tuition: one payment, two payments, quarterly payments or 10 monthly payments.  Parents can also select what day of the month they would like for the payment to be made.  If you have questions not answered by the information below, please contact HFS Business Manager, Mrs. Trish Scherr by email or call her at 610-759-0870.
